What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include:
- Administrative support to encompass the processing of new business and client valuations.
- To compile basic suitability reports from structured templates.
- Preparing agendas and paperwork for client review meetings.
- To act as a liaison, point for clients and providers.
- To maintain and update client information within Xplan and AWS Morningstar.
- To assist the Practice Manager with operational projects where requested. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
What is Needed to Be Considered For This IFA Administrator Role:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Knowledge of XPLAN Software and AWS Morningstar would be an advantage Have at least 2 years' relevant experience within Financial Services
- Professional qualifications are an advantage.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
