The Role - INTERNAL REMOTE ROLE

  • Fulfilling ongoing opportunities within the organisation
  • Managing job openings & opportunities across relevant job boards
  • Interviewing both inperson & online
  • Utilising a broad range of recruitment channels, tools & strategies
  • Being an active member on all company social & recruitment platforms
  • Having a solid knowledge of each job role & their requirements
  • Managing & responding to external queries
  • Curating, managing & building an internal talent pool
  • Managing recruitment activities such as recruitment events, open days, expos
  • Liaising with Connect2Care staff members to discuss job availabilities, roles, etc.
  • Building & managing relationships with external agencies
  • Reporting on weekly activity
