Domiciliary Care

Up to £25,000 + Bonus
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Coordinator to join an established Domiciliary care provider based in Rotherham.


To be considered for this role you will;

  • Have experience as a care coordinator within a domiciliary care branch
  • Be able to work at a fast pace and well within a team
  • Have knowledge of CQC
  • Hold, or be willing to work toward a NVQ level 2 in H&SC
  • Be flexible to cope with changing demands
  • Be dedicated to delivering outstanding care
