• Supporting Supervising Social Workers in and around Hereford / Worcester
• Supporting Foster Carers in their care of children and young people
• Deliver the best outcomes for children and young people in foster care
• Safeguarding children and young people
• Direct work with young people, organising events for foster carers and/or children on a regular or ad hoc basis

• Qualifications and experience of working with children and young people are desirable
• A strong desire to support vulnerable children and young people achieve their best outcomes is essential for this post
• Able to respond flexibly and quickly in times of crisis to support foster carers with the challenges of looked after young people
• Be IT literate
• Full driving licence and your own transport.
