Are you a Waiter/Waitress, Sandwich Artist, Food Preparer or Barister looking for a new opportunity? We are currently looking for Kitchen and waiting staff to join our fantastic team at Clifford Health Club & Spa

As Kitchen and waiting staff
you will ideally have previous experience in:

Cafes, Tea Rooms, Coffee shops or similar setting e.g food preparation, ideally afternoon teas.
Ensuring food is always presented to the highest standards
Food Hygiene and allergens
Greeting and ensuring all guests are looked after
Serving customers food & drinks both table service and over the counter
Assisting the kitchen and team and provide a high quality of service to our customers
Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and pleasant environment
Preparing the Café for service
Completing end of day tasks
Occasionally assisting in other areas of the the Café/Spa if required
You will also have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients. (Follow allergen guidelines)
Monitor stock levels and stock management;

Be flexible across the week. Due our operating times, weekend flexibility is essential
Be enthusiastic and eager to provide a fantastic experience for customers
Be motivated to complete tasks well and have a 'can do' attitude

Kitchen and waiting staff Salary and hours

Sociable daytime hours working, 8hr shift 7am8pm 5 days per week (inc weekend when required)
Training and ongoing support in developing skills
Full time 40 hours per week

- £11.84 per hour plus bonus
