About you

  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the financial planning process, from initial engagement to advice execution and continued review.
  • Practical experience within the industry.
  • Experience in managing small teams.
  • Strong capability with technology and systems.
  • Great attention to detail, positive approach, and a problemsolving mindset.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing of administrative and paraplanning support team, including onboarding, appraisals and training.
  • HR support.
  • Organising team events and wellbeing perks.
  • Managing of office facilities and liaising with suppliers.
  • Ensuring financial plans and ongoing reviews are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Supporting Senior Managers with improving practices, and implementing new procedures.
