Are you a dedicated health and safety professional with a passion for inspiring individuals and businesses to operate safely and sustainably? Look no further We have an exciting opening for a Health and Safety Advisor/Trainer to join our client's construction team.
Role Responsibilities
As a Health and Safety Advisor/Trainer within the Construction Department, you will:
- Conduct CITB certified training and construction-focused courses at training centres across the South West
- Perform site safety inspections, incident investigations and reviews at client premises and construction sites
- Assist in developing Construction Phase Plans and related documentation
- Identify areas for improvement in HSE management systems and training needs through gap analyses
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Holds or is working towards CMIOSH certification
- Brings 5+ years of experience in the construction sector (as a Health and Safety Advisor/Trainer or at Site Manager level)
- Excels in delivering engaging training and Health & Safety consultancy services
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing topnotch customer service
- Maintains high personal and professional standards
- Is proficient in both inperson and online training delivery
