    Job Title:

    Senior Analyst - 1st Line Credit Strategy

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support our banking client's 1st line Credit Strategy team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of Credit Strategy and Modelling related projects, working closely with the client's stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in model/scorecard development, credit risk strategy, and scorecard cut-offs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of credit strategies and models
    • Analyze data to inform credit decision-making and optimize business outcomes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and reduce risk

    Requirements:

    • Experience in model/scorecard development, credit risk strategy, and scorecard cut-offs
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
