Relevant Experience

You are an experienced Software Engineer with extensive familiarity with scripting languages, particularly MS Command Line and Powershell
You have experience using the WiX toolset, and a knowledge of continuous delivery pipelines
A demonstrable history of working on projects that have successfully improved the way companies deliver their software to clients
Worked closely with clients at a technical and infrastructure levels to configure and deploy client hosted systems
Collaborated with 3rd party managed services to integrate with our live and development systems

At the beginning of the year, we challenged ourselves to adopting a DevOps mindset and
moving from a manual based software release model to an automated one before the end of the year as well as offering cloud solutions in Azure. We are well on track to achieve our goal but need your help to go even further.

We are looking fora Software Engineer with extensive DevOps experience who can build and deliver internal software systems and tools that will enable frictionless delivery of our platform to brand new and existing clients.

You willneed to create and embed systems measuring for bottlenecks, wastage, friction, and everything else you need to rapidly iterate.

About you

Your skillset.

Excellent spoken and written English
SDLC knowledge branching, build, deployment, release (Git, knowledge about at least one CI / CD framework, TFS / Azure DevOps / Jenkins / TeamCity)

Coding

Broad understanding of coding languages and practices including c, , SOLID principles, and SQL Server

Scripting

Knowledge in at least one scripting language, preferably PowerShell
Data basic knowledge of data structures / databases, preferably MSSQL
