Your Mission:


As a
Benefits Executive, you'll have a unique opportunity to help build our Benefits Design function, acting as a support to the wider business including Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Partnerships, and Product.

You will act as a support to our benefit design consultants on all benefit design projects and tasks.


Things you will be working on
:


  • Support the benefit design consultants on
    creating bespoke benefits design reports
-
Monitor and action benefit renewals throughout the year with the support of the benefit design consultants

  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients by
    collecting benefit data for policies around the world using our benefit onboarding form, liaising with clients where necessary
  • Act as support to the benefit design consultants for all projects allocated to you
  • Helping the benefits design team stay ahead of market trends by
    analysing market research and thought leadership across the industry
  • Build rapport with peers across the business raising the profile of marketplace internally and externally

You'll love this role if you have/are:


  • Experience developing understanding of
    insurance and noninsurance benefits
  • An
    excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Extremely
    proactive in staying up to date in the benefits space, driving forward your learning and development in the industry
  • Excellent
    presentation skills able to succinctly and effectively explain to current and new customers their benefit options as part of sales & renewals processes
  • A
    team player you'll be working across different departments to help ensure that customers have the best experience
