Senior HR Advisor / Assistant HRBPBirmingham

Responsibilities:
- Support HR Business Partners in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Assist in the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and providing feedback.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and conduct exit interviews.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws while maintaining HR records and data.
- Support in identifying training needs and coordinating training programmes for employees.
- Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Utilise HR data to prepare reports and insights for HR Business Partners and management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to administer employee benefits and remuneration programmes.
- Support with adhoc projects
Qualifications:
- Experienced HR advisor
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problemsolving abilities.
- Proactive, detailoriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
