We are looking for IAM business consultants and IAM technology consultants - as well as people who work on aspects of both.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.


Your role:

No two IAM engagements are alike, and we encourage our team to work on a variety of project types.

We work with all industry sectors, and we cover every aspect of IAM - from strategic advisory work through to complex business change and technology delivery.

Your precise role will depend on your experience, interests and the direction in which you want to take your career - but it will include some combination of the following:

  • Establishing IAM business requirements
  • Working as a clientside advisor, undertaking consultancy and advisory work on IAM
  • Developing IAMrelated processes and Target Operating Models (TOMs), Designing IAM capabilities, covering both technology and business aspects
  • Implementing IAM technology solutions, Establishing IAM business process change
  • Delivering or leading IAM projects or transformations

Your skills and experience:

You will be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.

You will have practical experience in IAM covering some of the following:


  • Business analysis in support of IAM capability change
  • IAM consultancy and advisory work, helping understand and guide digital identity improvements within an organisation
  • IAM Target Operating Model work and the development of effective IAM processes and structures
  • IAM solution design and architecture
  • IAM delivery, for example using technologies such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or other products

Your security clearance:

Security Check (SC) Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.

Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
