We have a full-time permanent opportunity to join a successful family run company as a Service Support Administrator.
Working in a fast-paced environment you will provide a high level of service support to customers and the service team, with a particular focus on customer billings and finance.
As Service Support Administrator your tasks will include costing jobs and invoicing work, dealing with any costing queries, raising credits, assisting with incoming calls, allocating phone payments, updating customer details, managing internal invoicingrecords, and providing frontline customer support.
