Insolvency Senior Associate /Established Law Firm / St Albans

Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of insolvency matters, demonstrating expertise in corporate and personal insolvency procedures.
Providing strategic advice to clients on restructuring, liquidation, administrations, and other insolvencyrelated matters.
Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and advising on contentious and noncontentious insolvency issues.

Requirements:
