Our client, a well-established Regional Contractor based near Preston, are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them due to continued growth.

The Contracts Manager will be working on a range of Residential, Educational, Healthcare and Commercial projectsacross the region.


Contracts ManagerPosition Overview

  • Job type: Permanent

Contracts ManagerPosition Requirements

  • Must have previous experience as a Contracts Manager
  • Relevant experience in education, commercial and refurbishment projects with values between £750k to £10m
  • Experience in both the management of Traditional & D&B Contracts.
  • Experience working for a principal contractor.
  • Previous experience working on similar projects.
  • Full UK drivers licence
  • Used to working in restrictive environments (Schools, Hospitals etc.)
  • Relevant Qualifications

Contracts ManagerPosition Remuneration

  • Salary: £50000 to £60000 (DOE)
  • Holiday
  • Pension
  • Full package to be discussed at interview stage
