What you'll be doing as a Software Engineer in Insider

• Designing, implementing and maintaining APIs and services
• Identifying and solving complex technical challenges creatively and effectively
• Nurturing a team culture that fosters collaboration and high performance
• Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their technical skills
• Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics

We'd be thrilled to work with you if

• You've had 3+ years of strong backend development experience with Go and/or , PHP Laravel
• You enjoy working on data‑heavy systems, especially where performance at scale is critical
• You've worked with databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar
• You are a good communicator and fluent in English
