    Optimising Commercial Performance in E-commerce

    We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Trading Manager to join our team at Coco Group.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving commercial growth and sustaining year-over-year improvements in core metrics across traffic, conversion, and retention for direct-to-consumer brands within the fashion industry.

    You will be an expert in Shopify Plus and possess experience in A/B testing, merchandising, CRM, and on-site trading, with a strong ability to grow revenues and business through day-to-day trading and testing activities.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with the Head of E-commerce & Marketing and E-commerce Operations Manager to ensure efficient and experiential webstores for our brand
    • Day-to-day management of the brand site front-end, ensuring seamless customer experiences
    • Actively trading the online channel, optimising product availability and content to achieve optimal performance
    • Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies and tactics aligned with company growth and financial objectives
    • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of e-commerce trading
    • Transforming data insights into actionable recommendations for optimising customer journeys, trading decisions, and driving customer lifetime value (CLTV)
    • Managing and executing product releases in line with marketing and product calendars
    • Providing weekly and monthly trade reporting to key stakeholders
    • Influencing product strategy with data and insights from e-commerce sales to create products that resonate with our target audience and consumers
    • Staying up-to-date with current e-commerce industry best practices, with a focus on trading and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years' experience as an E-commerce Trading Manager in a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand, preferably within the fashion category
    • Advanced expertise in Shopify Plus and common third-party applications
    • Experience utilising analytical data tools, including Google Analytics, and the ability to translate analytical reporting into data-driven decision-making
    • Working knowledge of channel acquisition and associated CRO requirements
    • A proven track record as a commercially-minded individual who understands the brand and its customers
    • Independence, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively within a growing and motivated team
