Position Details:

We are looking to recruit an efficient, friendly, enthusiastic service administrator with excellent communication skills to support our Service Team.

Providing exceptional customer service
Assisting the Service Manager to ensure targets are met.
Effectively communicate with customers and manage their expectations.
Booking and coordinating the workload of the service engineers.
Build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Be positive and look after everyone you deal with
Be creative, be competitive, show a desire to learn and be the best at what you do.
Be genuine, be honest and ensure you demonstrate integrity and transparency.
Bring personality and proactivity to work and go the extra mile.
Problem solving with an ability to think on your feet.
Highly IT literate
20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
Shift pattern is Monday to Friday 07:3017:00
4hrs every other Saturday morning on a rota basis.
