An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd.

The assignment is for a Security Officer, working at a student accommodation site in the Glasgow area.

On average hours per week, 4 nights on 4 off. Shift times 17:00pm - 08:00am.

Pay rate:
£10.42 per hour.

Person specification:
To be considered for this assignment, you will need:

A valid SIA Licence;
A full five year checkable employment history;
Industry experience and background;
Reliable
Willingness to be flexible in working hours;
Clear and effective written and verbal communication;
Able to produce effective reports and maintain effective records;
An enthusiastic, selfmotivated and flexible approach;
Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative;

Responsibilities:

Security will be required to:

Ensuring all security requirements are met in line with site assignment instructions;

Ensuring all security requirements are met in line with site assignment instructions.
Conducting patrols to ensure assignment premises, stock and staff are safe.
Dealing with site staff and visitors in a professional manner.
Assisting any conflict resolution.
Completing any necessary paperwork and reporting.
Supervise and control site access.
Respond to fire alarms or any issues that arise on site.

About you:

Excellent communication & customer service skills
Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
A valid
SIA licence, or applied for
A full fiveyear checkable employment history
Own transport is preferred
