Job Title:
Therapeutic Support Worker
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Support Worker in our Residential Care for young people and adults with Learning disabilities, Autism (ASD) and mental health issues.

We use specialist therapeutic care to help our service users develop the skills and confidence they need to live as independently as possible.
Job Summary
As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will work to support the young people in their daily lives, this will include both indoor and outdoor activities.
Additionally, you will provide support to service users who may be experiencing mental health difficulties, manage challenging and self-harming behaviour, and ensure their safety by maintaining appropriate boundaries and safeguarding their well-being.
The Ideal Person
We believe that the best therapeutic practitioner may not even be a therapeutic practitioner right now, so whilst previous care experience is not necessary, a caring personality and a can do attitude is.
We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and motivational individual with excellent values, willing to learn, and grow with us.

Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
