Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Estate Management Surveyor to effectively manage Haringeys property portfolio, ensuring maximum value, cost reduction, and increased returns.

Responsibilities include identifying value-add opportunities, executing asset management initiatives, and contributing to the development of Haringeys property strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property portfolio to maximize value and returns.
Identify and execute value-add opportunities.
Deliver commercial arrangements meeting council's needs.
Act as "intelligent client" to supply chain.
Develop and deliver Haringey's property strategy.
Maximize property regeneration opportunities.
Undertake budgeting and financial management.
Advise on cross-Haringey initiatives and policies.
Create robust business cases supporting strategy recommendations.
Develop effective client relationships.

Requirements:

Degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
Membership of RICS preferred.
Proven experience in estate management.
Strong financial management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
