Working for an organisation that is helping educate, support and drive the growth and balance of gender and diversity across the financial services industry this role will see you joining as their Marketing Manager.

They are seeking an individual who can get passionate about the cause and help market their events, and raise brand awareness whilst also attracting new members.

Key responsibilities:

Creation and curation of content, marketing collateral, communications, thought leadership and webinars to support key programmes.
Activating content across channels to engage external and internal stakeholders
Support and manage event programme where required webinars, conferences, live events
Work to secure engaging speakers and suggested topics for member and sponsor activities
Collaborate with the team and wider international committees to support and promote key initiatives including mentoring, outreach, research and advocacy
Maintenance and ownership of centralised CRM system: updating and managing sponsor and member contacts
Support on developing marketing proposition and collateral based on datadriven research and insight
Drafting communications to members and sponsors including newsletters and invites
Review and update website content and collateral regularly

Skills and attributes for success

A strong understanding of the finance or private equity industry and a passion for the key issues which impact from a diversity, equity and inclusion perspective would be ideal but not critical.
Ability to execute a marketing plan and help develop a marketing strategy.
Have proven experience in driving growth and raising brand awareness.
