We are looking for a Junior Lettings agent to help support our internal lettings department, you will be letting apartments across multiple residential buildings (predominantly in South London) with a total of 1,367 flats.

You will be working with our residential head office team based in Piccadilly Circus.
You will have at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in lettings with residential flats let on ASTs.


The Role

  • Deal with Tenant enquiries and ensure regulations are adhered to.
  • Willing to learn and become an expert lettings agent
  • Meeting monthly targets to ensure there are no vacant properties or void periods.
  • To be well organised within all aspects of the role, especially when managing your viewings between sites.
  • Responsible for converting enquiries to tenant occupancies.
  • Prepare property advertisements and write descriptions.
  • Travelling between sites to carry out viewings on all South London residential units.
  • Working hours 9am6pm (hours may vary and Saturdays may be included)
