- Support the design and development of the UK entity CASS control framework
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a strong culture of controls
- Work with the CASS Officer to maintain the CASS documentation and policies
- Assist in drafting analytical papers
- Assist in the preparation of monthly MI reports
- Preparation of CASS MI reporting
- Assist in the preparation and review of FCA regulatory returns
- Invitee to the CASS Committee
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 24 years' experience in a CASS officer/associate role within financial services, preferably within a CFD and Spread Betting firm
- Expert understanding of the CASS regulations and the wider regulatory landscape
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
