Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the design and development of the UK entity CASS control framework
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a strong culture of controls
  • Work with the CASS Officer to maintain the CASS documentation and policies
  • Assist in drafting analytical papers
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly MI reports
  • Preparation of CASS MI reporting
  • Assist in the preparation and review of FCA regulatory returns
  • Invitee to the CASS Committee
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 24 years' experience in a CASS officer/associate role within financial services, preferably within a CFD and Spread Betting firm
  • Expert understanding of the CASS regulations and the wider regulatory landscape
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
