Description

• Identifying products from a SKU code.
• Locating products from a warehouse reference map.
• Picking and packing products to send nationally and internationally.
• Returns placed back in stock timely, and refunds or exchanges processed by Shopify.
• Customer orders kept organised and sent out well presented and packaged, in a systematic way.
• Printing postage labels and package slips from home.
• Using barcode equipment when necessary to confirm the accuracy of orders.
• Experience with inventory systems a plus but not essential.
• May be required to operate pallet jacks (training given).
• Knowledge of excel a plus but not essential.
• Initiative required as mainly working alone with occasional need to work under pressure and the ability to communicate well any issues or problems that may arise.
• Regular moving of large boxes 610kg, so general fitness required.
• Attention to detail and organisation skills essential.

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

• Driving Licence (required)
