An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated enthusiastic individual to work in our established stroke service at Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust as a Trainee Advanced Clincal Practitioner.


The post holder will be working as a trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (tACP) under direct or indirect supervision of senior medical and non-medical colleagues, at an advanced clinical level in the direct delivery of high-quality care making critical clinical decisions based on advanced clinical skills assessment.


The post holder will work across our acute stroke patient pathway including the Stroke Hub, Hyper-Acute Stroke Unit (HASU), Acute Stroke Unit (Gate A2) and within the TIA service.

The role will support the clinical workforce with day-to-day clinical activity.


The post holder would be required to work in line with national and local stroke guidelines and targets, aiming to provide excellent care for our patients.
