We are looking for an individual with the drive, skills, and 'can-do' attitude to join our friendly and high-performing External Examining team.


As an Assistant Administrator, you will provide an efficient and effective customer-focused external examining service, ensuring full compliance with the University's Quality Framework.

This is a key position with operational decision-making responsibilities.


You will be a natural administrator with a keen attention to detail and a firm grasp of regulation/policy guidelines (or the ability to learn), you will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines, instilling a best-practice approach and high levels of service delivery and customer service excellence.

An interest in enhancing practice and engaging in technical developments and solutions would be advantageous. Experience of working within a Higher Education Institution or knowledge of HE quality assurance would be beneficial.
