You will collaborate with the Learning Support Coordinator, Learning Inclusion Manager, and curriculum teaching staff to offer crucial learning and accessibility assistance to individuals with SEN, in accordance with guidelines and protocols.

- £14 per hour

  • 32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday role
  • This role includes supporting students with a range of learning disabilities
  • In this teaching assistant role, you will be empowering young people to unlock their potential
  • Enable adjustments to support student engagement
  • Mentoring students and encouraging them to remain on tasks
  • Truly make a difference in young learners lives by supporting their social as well as educational development

A bit about you:


  • Qualification in Learning Support or a related field
  • Experience working in a special education setting or may wish to make the move from primary education or social care
  • A willingness to undergo relevant training, with the ability to work with a range of learners
  • Experience of working with SEN learners in a secondary or FE environment is desirable
