Our Training Academy:


Our training programme is specifically designed to maximise your skills and encourage you to be the best Recruitment Consultant you can be with a view to you running your own business within a business, whilst giving you the potential to climb the career ladderand manage your own team within 24 months.

Your training will be fast paced and highly engaging; a mixture of classroom, practical, project, roleplay and "at desk" training over the first 6-8 weeks of your time at Robertson Bell.
