BUSINESS SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Our client based in York is looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join their team. A well-established company who are masters in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be working in a brand-new office offering a great work environment.

YOUR DAY

  • Overall responsibility for the customer service function providing first line support for external customer sales enquiries and placing orders as required
  • Be first point of contact for our wholesaler partners
  • Lead the coordination of ensuring customer issues are solved, complaints and enquiries are managed effectively and appropriately
  • Work with the UK Sales Manager to ensure accurate sales reporting and CRM is updated in a timely manner
  • Responsible for processing the monthly wholesaler data via the rebate platform
  • Ensuring all Technical and PV queries are handled appropriately
  • Work with the Quality Team to ensure returns and any possible recalls are handled effectively
  • Work in collaboration with Finance & Commercial Team delivering sales analytics/reporting tools including manipulation and interrogation of large datasets using excel
  • Identify, drive and support implementation of process improvements and efficiencies
  • Collate and report competitor intelligence data and materials
  • Support with tender data collation/submissions
  • Collaborating with marketing in creating and tracking social media activities/campaigns etc (digital support to include website management, digital campaigns etc)
  • Analyse and report data from all valueadd support (inc CPD) to measure ROI and support development
  • Coordinate attendance and activities at exhibitions, conferences and events (regional and national) including booth design and/or shipping, collaterals planning, activity and social programme management and booking accommodation for attendees
  • Develop and maintain a marketing store, manage stocks of marketing collaterals and distribution as required

THE PERSON

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel must be at least intermediate level
  • Strong cando attitude
  • Experience in SAP would be an advantage
