Vubiquity is seeking a Bookings Coordinator to work in our busy Post Production & Creative Services team.
The role would suit someone with some previous experience of Bookings in a Post facility - preferably with knowledge of Media Pulse/ScheduAll or similar.
Key responsibilities include booking and scheduling inhouse resources, booking voice over artists and supporting the Post Production team with a number a promo accounts.
You will be joining a global team of experienced post production professionals with the opportunity to work on some of the biggest titles in TV and Film.
What will your job look like?:
- Booking all facilities for internal and external clients.
- Booking all voiceover artists.
- Keep Bookings software up to date with facilities bookings, staff shifts, vacation etc.
- Assisting Production Coordinator and Head of Production with ad hoc duties.
- Keeping up to date with all client workflow procedures.
- Forward planning for facility and freelancer bookings. Advising Production Coordinator & Head of Production on upcoming requirements. Liaising with Head of Production for HR / IT tickets for freelance Post Production staff.
- Arranging visitor passes, ensuring that Post Production freelancers have access to facilities.
- Ensure that the Post Production staff have everything they need to perform their role. I.e. a print up of the day schedule, also liaising with account PA's to ensure that the freelancers have access to all required assets in the correct folders.
- Provide production support on specified client accounts.
All you need is..
:
- BA/BSC degree required or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of ScheduAll or Xytech Media Pulse.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively operate within diverse and crossfunctional groups.
- Strong knowledge of Post-Production workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to accommodate change and adapt accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly responsible and selfmotivated, able to thrive in an energetic, fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
- Team player who can build relationships at all levels of the organization.
