£45,000 - £60,000 DOE

My client one of the largest surveying companies in the UK for nearly 60 years are now opening their doors and are looking for an IT Operations Engineer due to the growth and expansion they have recently experienced.

Responsibilities:

**Manage the helpdesk to ensure SLA's are met
**Provide support to junior members of the team
**To lead the delivery of identified IT projects to agreed scope and timescales
**To minimize Operational downtime through pro-active and efficient troubleshooting
**Provide hands on IT Support when necessary
