Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analysis of adverse events, near misses, and patient safety incidents.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to quality and patient safety.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement committees and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Location].
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in healthcare quality and patient safety.
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Plan-DoStudy-Act (PDSA) cycles.
- Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
