Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analysis of adverse events, near misses, and patient safety incidents.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to quality and patient safety.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in quality improvement committees and initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Location].
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in healthcare quality and patient safety.
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Plan-DoStudy-Act (PDSA) cycles.
  • Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
