Qualifications:
Essential criteria
- At least 5 years in accredited Chemical Pathology (Metabolic Medicine) training posts.
- Relevant higher degree (MD, PHD, MSc)
Essential criteria
- Able to teach and support junior staff effectively.
- Able to develop, present and operationalise coherent ideas for service development/delivery.
- Higher teaching degree or qualification or training
Essential criteria
- Able to communicate effectively and appropriately with patients, their families and other health professionals.
- Able to offer expert clinical opinion in a range of problems within the speciality and make decisions at consultant level.
- Substantial experience in development and delivery of a high quality clinical and laboratory service.

- Ability to travel between City Hospital Campus and Queen's Medical Centre campus

Salary:
The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
