HR and Recruitment Co-Ordinator:


Purpose


This position will support the delivery of a comprehensive and professional HR service, working closely with the business across a large, multi-site workforce.

The role will encompass the full HR remit, however there is a particular emphasis on assisting and supporting employee relations issues as well as end to end recruitment which are a key part of the role.


Responsibilities:


  • To be a point of contact for all HR and recruitment activities.
  • Maintaining HR records, HR database, and administrative HR duties.
  • Running multiple interviews for multiple roles including screening and reference checks
  • To coordinate and support Managers in dealing with employee relations issues including, but not limited to, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working, attendance management and health and wellbeing issues
  • To provide a positive HR experience for the business
  • Any other duties relevant and related to the position

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Essential_

-Current holder of level 3 Associate CIPD or currently studying level 3
:


-At least 1 year HR experience withing a fast-paced HR in house function

At least 6 months experience dealing with end to end recruitment
:


-Possesses a genuine interest in HR with a keen sense to develop and learn
:


To be able to be in control of own workload and self-manage
:


To be able to met business demands as required
:


  • Desirable_
  • To possess a level 5 CIPD qualification
  • To possess a third level education, in HR
  • Relevant HR experience in a fastpaced environment such as retail or hospitality

Other Relevant Information:


  • Whilst in the main this role will involve working Monday to Friday office hours, there is a need for the ideal applicant to work additional hours as required by the needs of the business. Additionally, there may also be the need on occasions for evening / weekend meetings and flexibility is required in relation to this.
  • A full driving license will be required. As the Company has locations across Northern Ireland, there will be the requirement to attend meetings across Company premises.
