We have a lovely newly created role with this incredible tour operator who are looking for someone to support with the UK recruitment across the company on a fixed term basis.

They are growing rapidly and it's an exciting time to join, offering this personan opportunity to be directly involved with attracting new talent into the business.

You will be a point of contact for the day to day recruitment within the UK.


In house Recruiter - What will I be doing?

  • You will be creating engaging and exciting job adverts to post on LinkedIn and other external channels
  • Ensure the websites are up to date with all current vacancies
  • Work with external agencies to track the progress of current vacancies
  • Support implementation of a recruitment policy to create consistency across the business

In house Recruiter - What experience do I need ?

  • Ideally you will have worked as an in house recruiter or a recruitment consultant previously
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skill

In house Recruiter - What else do I need to know?


This is a 6 months fixed term contract and can be a full time role Monday to Friday or the client will consider someone part time if they are able to come in every day but work shorter hours.


It is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in the office and can be based either in Farnborough or York.
