We are excited to announce this new permanent post 0.6 wte in Berkshire Traumatic Stress Service.

BTSS is a well-established service and has a national reputation of excellence for the treatment of CPTSD and PTSD and has pioneered to use compassion focused therapy with this client group.

We are looking for an expert in this field to lead this vibrant, specialist team of clinical psychologists and psychological therapists.

We are looking for someone with extensive clinical knowledge in trauma and, experience in at least 2 NICE recommended evidence-based practices for treatment of PTSD and experience of compassion focused therapy.

We are looking for someone who has already worked in a specialist trauma service, who understands the emotional demands as well as clinical demands of this client group.

We are looking for someone who is interested in clinical innovation, research, teaching and training.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and commitment to compassionate leadership to lead this committed, hardworking expert team into the next chapter of service delivery within Berkshire Healthcare.
