About BAM Karaoke Box:

BAM Karaoke Box is taking the UK by storm, offering Londoners a premium and luxurious karaoke experience With 22 private rooms, multiple bars, an outdoor terrace, a live music stage, and unique room concepts, we're searching for passionate individuals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests with enthusiasm and warmth.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Deliver exceptional table service, ensuring all guests' needs are met promptly and professionally.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area, creating an inviting and enjoyable experience.

Upsell food and beverage items with genuine recommendations and positive communication.

Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, exceeding their expectations whenever possible.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the shift.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, hygiene, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (e.g., restaurant, bar, hotel).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Positive and energetic attitude with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and go the extra mile for guests.
