We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to maintain records and handle paperwork efficiently
- Ability to sell products or services effectively

Salary:
From £23,875.00 per hour
