Description
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
  • Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism

Skills:


  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Organizational skills to maintain records and handle paperwork efficiently
  • Ability to sell products or services effectively

Salary:
From £23,875.00 per hour
