High Grove Beds are looking for Sales/Customer Service Administrators for their busy sales department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Dealing with customer queries
Daily data entry of orders via sage
Transferring data from one source to another
Quality checking data entered by the team

Qualifications:

GCSE or equivalent in English (Grade 4 desirable)

You will work towards a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 and functional skills (Maths and English) if required.

You will attend day release sessions at the National Business College in Huddersfield, one day per fortnight.
