Based in our Winsford facility, we work in a small customer service team, building winning relationships with our customers and colleagues.

We are the face and voice of the company, who makes the difference between an average and outstanding customer experience Responsible for ensuring customers globally receive the best support possible through processing of customer orders, ensuring on-time shipments, and being available to research and respond to all queries.

Encouraged to make process improvements, you will be a problem solver and a standout colleague keen to deliver a high level of service at all times.


What you will do:


  • Provide spare parts and service quotations to distributors and end users covering industries such as Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Iron & Steel
  • Sales order coordination for customers within EMEA and globally
  • Process customer quotations and orders and enter onto SAP.
  • Review order backlog and assign prioritization
  • Liaise with production teams on site and our USA manufacturing facility to ensure on time deliveries.
  • Work on own initiative on daily routine tasks as well as solving issues
  • Active engagement in Process Improvements
  • Help provide monthly metrics to Sales Management.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Possess selfmotivation, enthusiasm, and a positive cando attitude
  • GCSE grades (A*C/ 95) in Maths and English, A-Levels/ NVQ or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • SAP/ERP Experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure while retaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
