Job Purpose
***To work closely with the Site and School Business Manager (or equivalent): - Comply with the policies and procedures of the organisation regarding safeguarding and welfare of children.

Ensuring delivery of a safe and wellmaintained school site.
Be responsible for duties to cover security and health and safety of the whole school site.
Be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient caretaking, cleaning, catering facilities, maintenance service and landscaping is delivered across the whole school.
Working closely with the Site Manager and Senior Site Maintenance Operative and other support staff to ensure the school environment provides the best possible support for teaching and learning activity.
Ensuring all legal and statutory certification is completed as directed by the law and the Nova Education Trust.
Ability to present oneself as a role model to pupils in speech, dress, behaviour and attitude.
