We are looking to recruit a Specialist Support Worker (Complex Needs) to join our Homelessness Services team at Founders' House.

Commissioned by Tower Hamlets Council, Founders' House provides residential supported accommodation for up to 123 adult males who are experiencing homelessness.


As a highly competent Specialist Support Worker you will be responsible for taking a lead role in the specialist area of supporting residents with complex needs, working within a specialist programme to plan and deliver a high-quality support service.


You will be part of the Service Management Team producing a high quality and cost-effective service, supporting the Service Manager and Programme Managers.

You will monitor service delivery in line with contractual and organisation requirements.
