Supervisor - Onsite Technical Support - London/ Flexible working available
What can you expect:
- Based in our London Baker Street or Tower Place offices you will be apart of a large team of 70 colleagues across the UK working closely with your London team consisting of 35 colleagues
- You will manage a team of 5 to deliver high quality support service for business colleagues
- An exciting role for an individual to provide Technology Support for office environments across multiple operating companies
- To proactively meet with MMC business line leadership on a regular basis and report up to Senior Manager
- Contribute to the improvement and enhancement of processes and procedures
- Ensure Onsite Technical Support services are delivered to defined SLA's for all aspects of technology delivery

We will count on you to:
- Provide technical support and guidance to all colleagues either onsite or remotely
- Ensure infrastructure systems are maintained in accordance with service owner guidelines and are in compliance with Business Continuity agreements
- Perform 2nd/3rd level troubleshooting and resolution of desktop and mobility technology problems
- Determine appropriate hardware and software based on corporate policy and business colleague requirements
- Conduct regular team meetings and ensure that information is shared appropriately within the team
- Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports
- Support and encourage diversity and inclusion policies across the team
- Undertake performance and salary reviews with direct reports and work with HR managers to remediate performance issues
- Provide input into improving processes and maintaining standards
- Manage activities of outsourced colleagues
- Participate in local office leadership meetings as appropriate
- Provide expert advice and consultation to colleagues
What you need to have:
- Demonstrable experience of leading, managing, mentoring and motivating an operationsfocused technical team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A methodical and logical approach to problem solving with a sense of ownership
- Be a selfstarter who can work without close supervision
