Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to join our passionate and driven team in Scotland


Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • To ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders, PPM's and Quoted Works are are completed within the contract defined time SLA's & KPI's.

About You:


  • Time served Fabric engineer with a maintenance background.
  • Experienced skills in Carpentry, Door Hanging, Ironmongery, Painting and Decorating, Carpet/Lino repairs, Glazing Repairs, Masonry Repairs, Locksmiths, Tiling, ceiling grids/tiles.
  • L8 ACOP (Desired but not essential)
  • Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure Atalian Servest/site safety procedures are always followed.
  • Legionella Awareness.
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
  • First Aid.
