Full Fat Games are on the lookout for a Producer who is process-driven with excellent people-management, project-management and diplomacy skills to manage an internal game development team.

As a Producer at Full Fat, you will be responsible for leading an internal game development team through the entire development production process and collaborating on the project with the Design, Programming and Art.

You will lead, inspire, guide and direct the team to create the best possible product.

Full Fat have a firm belief that dealing with people is just as important as dealing with the project schedule You'll be working with a talented team that are based remotely and will be responsible for leading them through the development process whilst working remotely yourself.


Your responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the leadership team of dedicated game developers
  • Deliver projects on time, in budget and to the satisfaction of both the design team and studio
  • Facilitate communication of the overall project status, progress, issues, and risks to management, external development partners and internal departments
  • Plan and track progress and identify issues and risks throughout the product's life cycle
  • Create and nurture a climate of collaboration and excellence within the team

The skills and experience you'll bring to the role...

  • Shipped one or more highquality mobile game over a full development cycle as Producer
  • Excellent understanding of how mobile games are made
  • Degree in business, project management or computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies and knowledge of other project management methodologies
  • Project management training such as Scrum Master Certification would be a bonus but is not essential
  • Experience of leading teams with an ability to motivate, show diplomacy and drive teams
  • Strong communication skills, and comfortable communicating and interacting with all levels of seniority
  • Strong problem solving and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of the mobile games industry and a keen gamer
  • The ability to work independently and a high degree of individual initiative and commitment


For this role you will need to be based in the UK, and the studio are not able to sponsor visas at this time.
