Positions Available:


  • We have a cook position which is for 5 shifts per week i.e. 35 hours. Our shift times are 8.00am to 3.00pm.

Responsibilities:


  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents.
  • Cater to special dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' dietary needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a chef in a care or hospitality setting.
  • Food qualifications or relevant training.
  • Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens.
  • Creativity and flair for menu planning.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Commitment to food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
