The Role


The Reporting and Analytics Senior Manager provides financial planning and analysis expertise to understand performance and performance drivers, as well as identifying performance opportunities and challenging the business to improve performance and managerisks.


  • Delivery of an accurate CUK forecast, through coordination and oversight of the process
  • Produce analysis and insight into business performance with clear, concise, insightful summary and commentary
  • Development of financial planning tools and processes, including development of EOS (Oracle EPM) planning & forecast system
  • Delivery and support of finance projects as required


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK 6 and is offered on a full-time permanent basis with at least two days based in our Southampton office.


About You

Alongside bringing these to the role, you'll also need:


  • You will have an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience in leading and developing forecasting and planning processes within a large corporation
  • Have influencing skills and demonstrable ability to lead a team
  • An effective communicator at senior leadership level
  • Be an analytical thinker
