The Senior Associate in Banking and Finance in Manchester will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions.

The Senior Associate will work closely with partners and othermembers of the team to manage and execute transactions, from initial structuring to closing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions
  • Manage and execute transactions, from initial structuring to closing
  • Work closely with partners and other members of the team to deliver highquality legal services
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Proactively manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of postqualification experience in banking and finance law
  • Strong academic background, with a law degree and a postgraduate qualification in finance or banking
  • Excellent technical skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
