Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, Installation Manager, you go by many names, you are capable of spinning multiple plates, crucially though you don't drop any.
This Account Manager onboards customers, is the font of all knowledge and ensures the customers journey from newbie to expert is seamless.
Whilst we will call you a Customer Success Manager, because ultimately YOU are critical in assisting our/your customers and clients in successfully implementing and using our software, you ultimately wear many hats.
Key tasks:
- Greeter welcome and induct new clients into the system
- Trainer offering guidance and support on how to maximise their investment
- Communicate
- With ease over the phone and via video (Teams, Google hangouts, Skype, Web ex)
- Account Manage work closely with the client to see if there are other opportunities to support them.
Customer Success Manager Requirements:
We will teach and train you on our systems, but we need you to have to persona and articulation that puts others at ease when using new software or technology
Most likely you will have:
- Worked in a businesstobusiness customer focused role
- Done some form of coaching or mentoring of others, or 'walked' colleagues/customers through a process
- Presence and poise to hold customer's attention and simplify sometimes complex presumptions
- Commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities for growth
Ultimately you are 100% customer driven, ensure they get everything they need from you and the business, that they are happy and comfortable using the advice and guidance you have given them, and if not, they are happy to call you.
